Photographer Endre Kovacs documented many performances of the group in Hungary. He also visited Squat Theatre when the group prepared their first storefront play in Rotterdam, and documented the performances. His collection also includes photos taken of members of the group with friends who visited them during their stay in Holland. Many of his images were used also in publications and are part of the archival collection of UC Davis. New prints of the negatives created the base material for the 2003 exhibition "Kassak House Studio - Squat Theatre, Photos of the History of the Hungarian Underground Theatre" in Ludwig Museum Budapest. photos of the opening
